Return & Refund Policy

At Seema Medicals, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of billing.

The original invoice/bill is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Temperature-sensitive medicines (including refrigerated products).

All injectable products.

Any tablet strip, syrup, or other product that has been opened or whose seal is broken.

Loose tablets or capsules. We do not sell or accept returns of medicines in loose or cut-strip form.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive:

A damaged product,

An incorrect product, or

A manufacturing-defective product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

7. Additional Terms

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Exchange or refund requests are subject to product inspection and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Prices and discounts are fixed as per our pricing policy. We request customers not to insist on additional discounts.
